All windows have mosquito nets and rejas.On entering the gate of the villa you will see there is parking for several cars. The garden is beautifully maintained and the gardener will visit each Tuesday to cut the lawns and tend the garden.The open naya greets you with its comfortable sofas and dining. It is fibre optic and so very fast. There is no extra charge for this service.To the left of the living room is the new modern and spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you may need. Built in oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a coffee maker, kettle toaster, juicer the kitchen is very well equipped with glassed, crockery and is immaculately clean, modern and light.Acrylic glass wear has been supplied for drinking around the pool and terrace area.On the ground floor you will find one of the shower rooms with purpose built shower cubicle, wc and vanity unit. There is also an outside shower by the pool.Taking the beautiful staircase to the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, comprising of:Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed, patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the front of the property. It is the home of the owners and so is perfectly maintained. The owners personal possessions have all been removed and stored in a locked room in the villa. Please note The garage and one room in the house are locked with the owners possessions, there is plenty of space to park many cars in the huge drive and the villa has an electric gate and is fully enclosed.
