There are a total of 6 bedrooms all with A/C and 5 with ceiling fans. 6 bathrooms and various kitchens, dining and living areas. Various terraces, comfortable sitting areas and sheltered garden offer enough space to find a quiet place even when vacationing with a larger group. The large lagoonshaped infinity pool, newly rebuilt, has a beach Entrance and the latest salt water system (nonirritant for eyes and skin). There are plenty of sunbeds, outdoor loungers and Table Tennis. A large dining area on the covered terrace (Naya), and the Summer Kitchen (with gas BBQ grill, oven and fridge) are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean summer life and alfresco dining. A local supermarket, medical centre, church and good restaurants are only 4 minutes by car. There are various local beaches, as well as the large sandy beach (Arenal) in Jávea (1015 minutes by car); ‘Javea old town’ and the Port of Jávea are 10 minutes by car.A very special holiday home for large or multiple families or large groups of up to 14.The floor with wheelchair access has a suitable en suite shower room and the pool, naya,summer kitchen and pool terrace.The whole property is enclosed and gated for your security.Please not there is a non refundable accidental damage waiver of 50 euros per week.
