Located in the Ermita area of Montgó-Valls, one of Jávea’s most established and sought-after residential neighbourhoods. Ermita is characterised by spacious plots, long-term residents and a calm, green setting, while remaining close to the historic Javea centre, international schools, the city of Denia and the coastline.
Behind our secure antique main gate lies a cohesive south-facing Mediterranean estate comprising a main residence, fully refitted in 2022 with restyled independent casita. The layout offers clear separation between both homes, allowing for privacy, autonomy and flexible use, while maintaining a unified estate character.

The main house was re-designed in a modern Mediterranean style by Jessica Bataille Interior Design, with a focus on natural materials, architectural clarity and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The casita functions independently and provides comfortable guest accommodation or secondary living.

Each residence has its own living spaces, kitchen, terraces and private swimming pool. The pool of the casita is chloride-based, while the pool of the main house is saltwater. The estate is highly infrastructure-driven. Energy is supported by a 40 kW dual solar system with a 10 kWh battery. Additional systems include two EV charging points, a garden irrigation system, a 40 m³ water deposit, a water descaling system and (electric)bicycle storage.
