Casa Maringa is a spacious, tastefully designed and fully equipped 10-person villa, with spectacular views of both the valley and the iconic Montgó. The casa faces south, so you can enjoy the winter sun all day. There are also plenty of shaded spots, in the characteristic naya or under the generous pergola with outdoor kitchen and the tiki umbrellas.
Our casa has a wonderfully quiet location, but you will find the cosy old town of Jávea, the harbour and the beautiful beaches within 10 minutes.
THE SPACE
Casa Maringa is a spacious, sunny and cosy villa built over four floors, with a rental licence for up to 10 guests. It has four bedrooms, each with a different colour scheme: blue, pink, grey and green.
In the grey and green bedrooms, there are two 90 x 200 cm single beds. These can be combined to form a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed. You can indicate your preferred configuration when making your booking. The other two rooms have double beds.
In addition, the spacious sofa in the living/dining room can be transformed into a lovely double bed, with a separate topper for protection and hygiene. The living/dining area also has a spacious dining area for 10 people. There are many games for young and old, and a smart TV that can be operated via your phone using Smart View.
We also have two baby beds available, including luxury mattresses and undercoats. Our casa has air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. In addition, Casa Maringa has 25 windows, all of which have screens and electric shutters. The casa has three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet in the entrance hall.
The spacious kitchen features a dining area for four people, which is also often used for working, as the kitchen is lockable. It offers great views over the pool and valley.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, oven, two tabletop fridges, one tabletop freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and generously stocked drawers and cupboards with kitchen utensils and crockery. You can set up a beautiful and festive table!
From the kitchen and living room, you can walk out to the naya, the cosy covered terrace with breathtaking views over the valley, the town of Gata de Gorgos and the ridges behind it. The sunsets are sublime and the icing on the cake of each day. The view of the top of Montgó, at 753 metres, is also really beautiful from the casa. This iconic mountain displays warm orange, pink and yellow tones that change throughout the day with the light.
OUTDOOR LIVING AND KITCHEN
Behind the lounge area, you will find the robust wooden pergola of approximately 40 m², featuring a modern Ibiza-style outdoor kitchen, built in 2025.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a bar and bar stools, offering spectacular views over the valley, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Weber gas BBQ with accessories, and a spacious dining area for 10 people with a breathtaking view of the setting sun.
It also includes trays, placemats, water jugs, chopping boards, bowls, plastic drinking tableware, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and a first-aid kit.
The outdoor kitchen has dimmable lighting for long, cosy evenings. There are also plenty of sockets and Wi-Fi available if you need to work there.
TERRACE AND SWIMMING POOL
Casa Maringa has a huge terrace enclosed by a balustrade, with one large tiki parasol with automatic lighting, two foldable parasols and eight sun loungers.
The large swimming pool, approximately 50 m² and shaped like a half circle, has both a shallow and a deep section and can be entered via a built-in staircase. The pool is not heated. In the evening, the swimming pool lighting can be set to the colour of your choice using a remote control.
Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor shower with a beautiful view.
SPORTS AND ACTIVITIES
Behind the casa is a large artificial grass field, approximately 35 metres long. This field is enclosed by fences around one metre high, with a door at both ends.
The field has a ping-pong table with equipment, as well as two football goals. It can also be used for other sports activities, such as CrossFit workouts, yoga and Pilates.
Even if you want to exercise in the evening, this is possible because there is separate sports lighting at the artificial grass field, which can be turned on and off manually.
Furthermore, the entire garden has automatic lighting, and the lamps at the gate also turn on and off automatically.
The gate opens and closes with a remote control, which you will receive at check-in.
All in all, Casa Maringa is fully furnished to give you and your loved ones a relaxed holiday.
