The upper floor has two bedrooms have access to a modern shower room. Master suite (1 x 180 cm wide bed) with bathroom (whirlpool bath and shower). Air conditioning in these three bedrooms.

The ground floor (main level) has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and study corner., about 100 square meters. Perfectly equipped kitchen (Vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine…). Laundry room. Encircled by a large covered terrace where you can enjoy the views and the sunshine all day long.
